Why Weekly Billing?
Property searching is intense but time-limited. Most buyers search actively for 4-8 weeks, not 12 months.
Weekly billing means:
- Lower upfront commitment—pay only while actively searching
- Flexibility to pause or cancel without losing a monthly payment
- Pricing aligned with how people actually search for properties
